This was a pleasure to read. If you like smart, sassy women who are unembarrassed about being feminists, this is the book for you. I loved reading about Fey breaking barriers in comedy, but just as much for the voice and tone as anything else. Her writing is perfectly consistent with her comedic persona. And then, there's her accomplishments. I remember not so long ago, the popular consensus opinion was that women weren't funny. Fey and Amy Poehler may be the second or third wave, but those attitudes persist. Fey's advice about working around that kind of sexism is invaluable for women in any profession. Also, I laughed out loud. Bottom line: if you like her comedy you will love this book. If you don't, you might like it anyway.
